Introducing Nigeria's Next Hair Stylist

The Makeup talent show is popularly known for its competitions featuring MUAs and individuals with makeup artistry talents. We have held makeup competitions since 2014 and in 2016, we held our first masterclass and exhibitions aside the annual makeup competition.

Commencing from 2026 all makeup competitions, exhibitions and masterclasses will be held in Lagos state but open to all eligible Nigerians nationwide.

Finally the big news is here! We are excited to announce an addition to our projects – Nigeria's Next Hairstylist which will also commence from 2026 and will also be held in Lagos state and open to all eligible Nigerians Nationwide so be sure to tell all your besties with passion for hairstyling and those already in the hair styling business that the Makeup talent show has got something beautiful cooking for them!

Did you know the Nigerian beauty industry has taken a major shift since the early 2000's to become one of Africa's biggest beauty market with a rise in indigenous cosmetics brands entering the market from makeup products to hair care and skincare products and some of these brands are currently gaining presence in other African markets.

Having made significant growth over the past few years, the Nigerian beauty market has earned its rights to become a hub for international brands wanting to enter into the African beauty market.

That's not all, the artists are not left behind. Renowned Nigerian makeup artists and hairstylists are also being sort after by individuals in other African nations requesting for their professional services from bridal glams to masterclasses.
